Signing in to Certadian

Certadian is reached through a personal link, sent to you by email. There is no shared password and no general login page, because every link is issued to one named person, so the record shows who did what.

If you have your link

Open the most recent email from Certadian, or from the person running your scheme, and use the link in it. It will take you straight to the scheme you are working on.

If you cannot find it

Write to support@certadian.com and we will send you a new one. If you are working with a Development Manager or a Planning Consultant on the scheme, they can issue one too.

Certadian will never ask you for a password by email.
