What we collect, and why
If you ask for the monthly update. Your name, email address and, if you provide it, your organisation. We use it to send you the update, and for nothing else. You can stop it at any time using the link in any update, or by writing to us.
If you register interest in a fundraise. Your name, email address, firm and the investor category you select. We use it to contact you about the round and to understand who has asked.
If you book a walkthrough or write to us. Your name, email address, the organisation you work for and whatever you tell us. We use it to reply and to carry on the conversation.
When you visit the site. We use Framer’s built-in analytics, which does not use cookies and does not create a persistent identifier. It cannot identify you.
Our legal basis
For the monthly update, your consent. For enquiries, investor interest and walkthroughs, our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us about the business.
Who else sees it
The only people who read what you send us work at Certadian. Our website host and our email provider store it for us and are not permitted to use it for anything of their own. We do not sell your details, and we do not pass them to anyone else.
How long we keep it
The update list, until you unsubscribe. Investor interest, until you ask us to remove you. Enquiries and walkthroughs, for two years after we last heard from you.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to us using it. Where we rely on your consent you can withdraw it at any time. Write to support@certadian.com and we will reply within one month.
If you are not happy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
This site does not set tracking cookies, and it does not use anything that follows you from one site to another. The analytics we use cannot identify you.

We will update this page when what we do changes, and the date at the top will tell you when.
